Join us for a Saturday Brunch as Chef Youssef Boudarine harvests ingredients from our gardens here at Bountiful to whip up a fun and festive Garden Party! The event begins at noon with a cocktail walkabout through the flower and food gardens with Bountiful's owner and only farmer, Tracy Martin. Garden tours will be followed by a community-style brunch among the fresh air and flowers, complete with local fruit Mimosas, and a special brunch dessert.

*Arrival time 12pm - First Course served during Cocktail Garden Tour.
1-3pm remainder of Brunch served/Community-Style seating in the Bountiful Gardens.

Youssef Boudarine, born and raised in Morocco, enjoyed a rich culinary career in Paris and across Europe before arriving in 2016 to Indianapolis. In demand as a French pastry chef, he spent a few years exploring his options in the Indy culinary scene before finding a home at Bluebeard creating high-end desserts for their ever-changing menu. In 2022, with Bluebeard's support, he launched his own business, J'adore Pastry. Outside of the kitchen, Youssef collaborates with and promotes minority- and women-owned small businesses at pop-ups and special events. He believes through connection and visibility, individuals are empowered to bring their passion to life. Youssef's dedication to expanding diversity and inclusion in the culinary scene is evident in Indy’s positive response to everything he creates!
